Choosing right food for right time is the basic step to stay healthy. Foods loaded with fat and calories should be strictly avoided before you go the bed at night.


There are some foods that are healthy otherwise but if taken at night just before going to the bed are unhealthy. These can give you physical troubles and can make you unhealthy. Just check to avoid these snacks next time you are planning for bedtime snacks.

Fried & fatty food Try to stay away from high fat food like French fries, pizza, fried snacks or anything loaded with cheese etc at late night. These are loaded with calories and will hinder in the process of digestion and will add layer of fat to your body. Try to avoid these snacks even in the day time and switch to healthy snacks.Hot & spicy snacks
Spicy snacks can make you physically uncomfortable by interrupting your sleep patterns. Spicy food can lead to heartburn and are worst choice for late night due to the rush of endorphins they will give you. Spicy food results in indigestion and other related problems.Sweet cereals


Sugary cereals are healthy morning snack but don’t try it in night. Say no to sweet cookies before going to bed.  You can have it in morning or during day when you have time to burn calories. If you like cookies and snacks look for some healthier cereal snacks during day or in the evening. Avoid sweet and sugary snacks if you are on dieting.Red meatRed meat is rich in proteins and fats which takes long time to digest.   If you’re eating late, try to avoid red meat. Eating it late night will give you endorphin rush and will make it harder to get a sound sleep resulting in physical troubles.Fiber rich beansBeans have a lot of fiber, which is unquestionably good for your body, but if taken late night they can make digestion pretty uncomfortable. Beans can lead to late night stomach problems.
