The cranberry adds a great snap to mocktails that takes the place of the snap of alcohol in cocktails. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add the 3 oz apple juice and 1 oz honey to a mixing glass. You can also make this with clamato juice for a variation of a Bloody Caesar. Prepare the liquid ingredients by taking 3 oz tomato juice, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce celery salt ground pepper, hot pepper or Tabasco sauce. Build the liquid ingredients into a highball glass over ice cubes. Mix well and add the seasoning to taste and finally garnish your drink with the celery stalk.Salt of the Border Another option for you is to try salt of the border. It is easy to make and safe to take. Take 16 ounces bitter lemon soda or lime soda, 1/2 cup lime juice, 4 teaspoons sugar margarita, salt lime slices and 2 scoops of ice. Pour soda into ice cube trays and freeze solid. Place in blender. Add lime juice and sugar mix. Rub lime juice around rim of margarita glass and dip in salt. Serve over crushed ice or mix with ice in blender. Garnish with lime slice.
