‘हेलीफैक्स’ के एनुअल सर्वे के अनुसार हार्ट में बुजुर्गों लोगों की संख्या ज्यादा होने के बावजूद 95 प्रतिशत लोगों की हेल्थ बेहतर है और वे खुश हैं. यहां के लोगों की एवरेज एज दूसरे शहरों के मुकाबले काफी ज्यादा है. यहां के मेल्स की एवरेज लाइफ 81.7 साल है.
ब्रिटेन में हुए एक सर्वे में हैम्पशायर के जिले हार्ट को सबसे खुशगवार जगह माना गया है. इस सर्वे में सभी इलाकों के लोगों की लाइफस्टाइल की क्वालिटी को बेस बनाया गया है.
