Harley Davidson’s 2 new bikes in 2012

The American oldest and world’s most iconic motorcycle brand, Harley-Davidson bike manufacturer plans to bring out two new models in 2012. V-Rod and a new Dyna Switchback are Harley Davidson’s two new models that are coming in 2012. These models will be a 10th Anniversary edition. The new V-Rod will be seen in a silver colour to pay tribute to the originally liquid-cooled Harley Davidson.The Dyna Switchback will come with a detachable windshield and a pair of removable hard bags, to help make it a good in-town machine as well as an admirable highway cruiser. The Dyna Switchback will boast of the company’s Twin Cam 103 engine with 135.46Nm of torque.

Apart from these two models a couple of other HD’s will also see a few upgrades together with the Night Rod Special, which will get a new set of light weight wheels, a tapered tail section and an inverted front fork along with bettered ergonomics.
Along with the regular production models, the Harley Custom Vehicle Operations team will also bring out a CVO Road Glide Custom which will be seen in a bold paint job, gleaming chrome and a powerful v-twin engine. The bike will be available smoked Wind Splitter windshield, an amplified Harman/Kardon advanced Audio system, and a colour-matched, low-profile fuel tank console.    The craze of Harley Davidson among Indian women is on rise. Sheeja Mathews, a Bangalore based HR professional has made history on her own terms by becoming the first woman in India to own a Harley Davidson and Kasturi Deodhar became the second woman in India to own a Harley Davidson Sportster .Now when these ladies are ready to drive these very special bikes, why not they dress in Harley Davidson's Pink Label collection to feel and live the biking spirit to the fullest. Is that sounding strange to you? I am not talking nonsense. I am talking about Harley Davidson’s own line of apparel, Pink Label collection and it is strictly aimed at women bikers. The Pink Label collection includes some very funky and contemporary apparel and accessories like uber-chic Harley-Davidson leather jackets for women, active wear pants, hooded jumpers, tees and various other accessories like gloves, scarves and neck warmers.
The biker boys need not be disappointed for Harley-Davidson is also offering a few accessories in the Pink Label collection for those who want to support and pamper their biking better halves. Otherwise for the supposedly less sensitive male species, Harley-Davidson is offering a Black Label collection including slim-fit jackets with retro-styling, check shirts, classic-looking caps, etc.
