Amy Winehouse's father too upset to watch latest video

Singer Amy Winehouse's father can't bear to watch the video to accompany her latest songbecause it reminds him of her.

Mitch Winehouse gets upset when he sees the archive footage of his daughter - who was found dead from accidental alcohol poisoning in July, aged 27 - collated for her track 'Our Day Will Come', reported Contactmusic.
"I just almost watched Amy's 'Our Day Will Come' video. She is so lovely," he tweeted. The song is a cover of Ruby and the Romantics' 1963 single, recorded in 2002 and included on the posthumous
release 'Lioness: Hidden Treasures'.
Producer Salaam Reimi - who had worked with the 'Rehab' singer on her albums, 'Frank' and 'Back to Black', as well as on the posthumous compilation - says it will serve as a poignant reminder of the star's talent.
"Lots of people are going to want to remember other aspects of her life, but what we have here highlights that musically and creatively, she was the tops. She was a great musician and a great songwriter as well. She wasn't a musical fluke," he added.
 While the album collects a number of previously unreleased songs by Amy, her record label, Island, has promised to honour a request she made that a further 12 songs recorded before her death never be made public.

'Lioness: Hidden Treasures' will be released on December 5 with one pound from every sale being donated to The Amy Winehouse Foundation, set up after her death to help struggling young people.
